How do I install the railings?

Installation is straightforward, but we highly recommend contracting a handyman if you are not handy.Railing Installation Instructions:a. Position the Railings: Place the railings in their intended location and confirm that the planks fit properly between them.b. Mark Drill Points: Hold the railings against the wall and use a pencil to mark the locations where holes need to be drilled.c. Drill Holes: Using an electric drill and an appropriately sized bit, drill holes at the marked locations.d. Apply Caulk (Recommended): Apply a thin bead of caulk to the backside of each railing where it will make contact with the wall. This helps improve the seal and stability.e. Mount the Railings: Secure the railings to the wall using the provided hardware. Ensure they are level and firmly attached.f. It’s very common for walls to be slightly uneven or not perfectly straight. If you notice any gaps between the railing and the wall, be sure to apply additional caulk to ensure a secure and finished look.

Each gate is custom-built to order. Manufacturing typically takes around 2 weeks, followed by container shipping, which can take up to 2 months. In total, the process takes approximately 2 to 3 months from order placement to delivery at your doorstep.

After your order is manufactured, it will be carefully packaged in a box and shipped via a container vessel. We will provide you with the ship's name so you can follow its transatlantic journey. All orders are custom-made in our factory in China. The manufacturing process, including thorough quality assurance inspections, takes approximately 2 weeks. To minimize costs, orders are shipped via container vessels due to their total weight. As a result, the entire process from production to delivery typically takes 2 to 3 months.

Yes — our pricing includes shipping, taxes, and tariffs. We resumed selling in the U.S. as of May 12, 2025, following a reduction in tariffs on goods manufactured in China. Please note that this tariff relief may be temporary.﻿If additional tariffs are imposed between the time you place your order and the time we are able to ship, we will do our best to absorb the additional costs. If that proves impossible, we will issue a full refund.
